JOINT investments

We excel at bringing individual investors together in joint-venture LLC, Partnership, and Tenancy in Common (TIC) investment strategies. We begin every joint investment as co-owners by providing initial capital and bring the resources of other interested investors together in amounts of $50,000 or greater. By sharing ownership in each joint investment, we serve our clients’ best interests in the management of each transaction as well as the management of the property. We bring our expertise to each property selection and oversee title, escrow, and ownership responsibilities. 

Each of our joint investments target a minimum annual net return of 7%, disbursed in quarterly dividends. Our current investment portfolio includes annual net returns of 7%-10%. Parties interested in reviewing past investments can send inquiries to Mr. Lewis for specific examples, provided they are willing to enter into a confidentiality agreement.
